Injury Accident Review Committee. In the event the Injury Accident Review Committee is reactivated, it shall consist of two (2) members designated by the Fire Chief, two (2) members designated by the Union, and a representative from the Personnel Department. The purpose of the Committee will be to review occupational injuries and illnesses occurring in the department, determine their causes, and recommend corrective action.
