Injury at Work. (a) An employee who is injured while at work, and is required to leave for treatment or is sent home as a result of such injury, shall receive payment for the remainder of his/her work day at his/her regular rate of pay. (b) An employee who is injured or falls ill while at work shall be provided transportation, when necessary, at the expense of the Employer to the nearest medical clinic or physician for initial treatment.
