ELIGIBILITY FOR SENIORITY ENTITLEMENT. (a) For the purpose of this Agreement "seniority" shall only apply to an employee who has completed their probationary period.
ELIGIBILITY FOR SENIORITY ENTITLEMENT. (a) The seniority of each employee covered by this Agreement will be established after a probationary period of ninety (90) calendar days or forty-five (45) shifts worked whichever comes first at eighty-five percent (85%) of the classified job rate. After the successful completion of the probationary period an employee's seniority shall be back dated to the employee's first day of employment.
ELIGIBILITY FOR SENIORITY ENTITLEMENT. A probationary employee does not have seniority during the probation period, but upon successful completion of the probationary period, the employee is then credited with seniority equal to the total number of hours worked during the probation period.

ELIGIBILITY FOR SENIORITY ENTITLEMENT. Seniority shall not accrue during an employee's probationary period. Upon successful completion of the probationary period, the employee's seniority shall be backdated to his/her date of hire.
ELIGIBILITY FOR SENIORITY ENTITLEMENT. A probationary employee does not have seniority during the probation period, but upon successful completion of the probationary period, the employee is then credited with seniority to date of hire.
ELIGIBILITY FOR SENIORITY ENTITLEMENT. (a) Employees shall earn but not be credited with seniority during the initial probationary period of one hundred, twenty (120) calendar days. The employer shall meet with the probationary employee every thirty (30) days to review job performance. Upon successful completion of initial probation, an employee will be credited with seniority from the initial date of hire. Except as otherwise specified during initial probation, all other terms and conditions of this Agreement apply.
ELIGIBILITY FOR SENIORITY ENTITLEMENT. (a) The Employer will maintain the practice of mak- ing every reasonable effort to apply the principles of se- niority to temporary employees. Regular employees shall possess seniority rights which are superior to those of Part-Time employees.
ELIGIBILITY FOR SENIORITY ENTITLEMENT. (a) The seniority of each employee covered by this Agreement will be established after a probationary period of ninety (90) calendar days or forty-five (45) shifts worked whichever comes first at eighty-five percent (85%) of the classified job rate. After the successful completion of the probationary period an employee's seniority shall be back dated to the employee's first day of employment.
(b) The Employer may request an extension to an employee’s probationary period, which the Union will not unreasonably deny.
(c) Once an employee has completed the initial probationary period of ninety (90) calendar days or forty-five (45) shifts worked, they shall receive their full classification wage rate as listed in Appendix A, whether or not their probation has been extended.
