Innovative Unit Scheduling. Innovative schedules other than those currently provided for in the Appendix 5 of Local provisions and which fall under Article 13.03 of the central portion of the Collective Agreement will not be implemented on any unit prior to discussion with and the written agreement of the Union. All parameters related to the introduction, discontinuation, voting process, trial periods and scheduling will be agreed upon on writing.
