Tours of Less than 7.5 Hours. (a) The Hospital will endeavour to keep the number of four (4) hour shifts to a minimum.
(b) There shall be an equitable distribution of such tours among the part-time nurses in each unit.
(c) Where part-time nurses are required to work longer than the scheduled shift they will be paid overtime payment in accordance with Article 14 of the collective agreement. Excluded from this subsection would be part-time nurses working in new programs when the program is under development
Tours of Less than 7.5 Hours. (a) The Hospital may schedule tours of less than 7.5 hours where deemed necessary to maintain appropriate levels of service.
(b) Where a nurse is scheduled to work less than the normal tour (7.5 hours) Article E in its entirety applies except as amended by the following:
i) the Hospital will endeavour to keep the number of tours comprised of less than 7.5 hours to a minimum;
ii) no nurse will be scheduled solely on tours which are comprised of less than 7.5 hours in any pay period, except where such arrangements are requested by the nurse or represent the hours of work for a position which has been posted.
iii) relief periods shall be in accordance with 13.01 (b).
Tours of Less than 7.5 Hours. A four (4) hour tour will consist of four (4) paid hours which shall be inclusive of one (1) fifteen (15) minute paid break. The Hospital will keep the number of four
Tours of Less than 7.5 Hours. (a) The Hospital will notify the Local Association prior to initiating any tours of less than 7.5 hours. Such tours will be kept to a minimum, and the following language will apply.
(b) Employees working shifts of five (5) hours or less shall receive a paid fifteen
Tours of Less than 7.5 Hours. Where the Employer introduces a tour of less than 7.5 hours, Article 15 applies except as amended below:
(a) Employees working shifts comprised of less than 7.5 hours shall be granted a fifteen minute (15) paid break.
(b) The Employer will endeavour to provide schedules of not more than five (5) consecutive days for employees working shifts of less than 7.5 hours. In any event, schedules will not provide for more than seven (7) consecutive days.
(c) Prior to implementing shifts of less than 7.5 hours, the Employer will meet with the Union to review the method and reason for implementation of these shifts.
Tours of Less than 7.5 Hours. Where the Employer introduces a tour of less than 7.5 hours, Article 15 applies except as amended below:
(a) Employees working shifts comprised of less than 7.5 hours shall be granted a fifteen minute (15) paid break.
(b) The Employer will endeavour to provide schedules of not more than five
Tours of Less than 7.5 Hours. (a) The Hospital will notify the Local Association prior to initiating any tours of less than 7.5 hours. Such tours will be kept to a minimum, and the following language will apply.
(b) Employees working shifts of five (5) hours or less shall receive a paid fifteen (15) minute break. Employees working greater than five (5) hours and less than 7.5 hours shall receive in addition to the above, an unpaid thirty (30) minute meal break subject to 13:01.
(c) No part-time employee will be scheduled solely on tours which are comprised of less than 7.5 hours in any pay period, except where such arrangements are requested by the employee.
(d) Employees working tours comprised of less than 7.5 hours shall not be scheduled to work more than five (5) consecutive tours.
Tours of Less than 7.5 Hours. (a) The Hospital will endeavour to keep the number of tours comprised of less than 7.5 hours to a minimum.
(b) A paid rest period of fifteen (15) minutes will be granted during each half tour, provided the duration of each half tour is not less than three
Tours of Less than 7.5 Hours. Where a part time nurse is scheduled to work less than a normal tour (7.5 hours), Article E in its entirety applies except as amended by the following:
(a) The Hospital will endeavour to keep the number of tours comprised of less than seven point five (7.5) hours to a reasonable level.
(b) No regular part time nurse will be scheduled solely on tours which are comprised of less than seven point five (7.5) hours in any pay period, except where such arrangements are requested by the employee.
(c) On the posted schedule referred to in Article E-10 (a), provided no overtime or premium payments would result, tours of less than seven and one half (7.5) hours shall be scheduled on a fair and equitable basis among the regular part-time nurses. It will be understood for purposes of E-18 (b), tours of less than seven and one half (7.5) hours will not be applicable.
Tours of Less than 7.5 Hours. (i) Where a part-time Employee(s) is scheduled to work less than a normal tour (7.5 hours) Article F, in its entirety, applies except as amended by the following:
(a) The Hospital will endeavour to keep the number of tours comprised of less than
