Inspection by District. The District may enter on the Licence Area at any time and inspect the Licence Area to determine if the Licensee is complying with the requirements of this Agreement.

Charter School shall exercise reasonable care in maintaining the security of keys to the facilities. All keys shall remain the property of the District. In the event additional keys need to be provided to Charter School, or the facility needs to be rekeyed or locks replaced or repaired because of some act of the Charter School and/or its personnel, Charter School shall be responsible for the cost of such repair or replacement. Charter School may not re-key the premises, and shall notify District of any breach of security that may necessitate a re-keying.
Inspection by District. District shall provide an inspector to inspect the installation of facilities. The cost of inspection shall be charged against the job. No part of the facilities installed by Applicants shall be covered or obstructed until same has been inspected and approved by the District inspector.
Inspection by District. The District shall have a continuing right at all times during the period that alterations, additions, or improvements are being constructed or installed to enter the Site and to inspect the work, provided that such entries and inspections do not unreasonably interfere with the progress of the construction or interrupt instruction to students.

District shall have the right at any time or times, upon prior written request by District, to review the status and condition of the Working Documents at any time and to request that copies thereof be provided to District with the cost thereof reimbursed to Consultant as a Reimbursable Expense.
Inspection by District. At all times, Contractor shall maintain proper facilities and provide safe access for inspection by District to all parts of the work. Where the specifications require work to be specially tested or approved, it shall not be tested or covered up without timely, written approval by District. Should any such work be covered up without such notice, approval, or consent, it must, if required by District, be uncovered for examination at Contractor’s expense.
Inspection by District. Upon reasonable notice, Student and Parent shall permit persons designated by District to examine the mobile device computer, at a time designated by District.

Lessee shall permit District or District's agents, representatives or employees to enter said Property at all reasonable times and with reasonable notice for the purpose of inspecting said Property to determine whether Lessee is complying with the terms of this Lease and for the purpose of doing other lawful acts that may be necessary to protect District's interest in said Property under this Lease or to perform District's duties under this Lease.
Inspection by District. The designated representatives of the District shall have the right to observe and review Franchisee operations and enter Franchisee’s premises for the purpose of such observation and review during business hours with reasonable notice.
