Inspection of Meters. Each Meter shall be inspected annually and an inspection report shall be prepared at the conclusion of each inspection detailing the condition and accuracy of each Meter. Each inspection shall be performed by a representative of the manufacturer or other certified, competent entity agreeable to the Cooperative and the Project Participants and a copy of each inspection report shall be furnished to all Project Participants. Upon request of a Project Participant, the Cooperative shall make arrangements for a test of the Meter installed at the Project Participant’s Point of Connection by an independent testing entity. The Cooperative shall be responsible for selecting and engaging the independent testing entity. All costs and expenses shall be borne by the Project Participant requesting the test, unless the Meter is found to be inaccurate beyond the manufacturer’s guaranteed range of accuracy, in whichcase, the cost and expense of the test shall be borne by the Cooperative and such cost may not bepassed along to the Project Participant requesting the test, as part of the Water Charge.

Inspection of Meters. The Superintendent or such other person as may be authorized by the City shall have the right to enter and have free access to premises at all reasonable hours, for the purpose of conducting meter readings, and to inspect, maintain, repair or replace such meters.
Inspection of Meters. All meters used to determine the billing hereunder shall be sealed and the seals shall be broken only upon occasions when the meters are to be inspected, tested or adjusted. Either Party shall have the right to inspect and test all meters upon their installation and in accordance with the ANSI standards regarding meter testing. Either Party may inspect or test a meter more frequently than required hereunder, and the expense of such inspection or test shall be borne equally by the Parties in accordance with the prevailing provisions and fees of applicable PUC regulations on meter testing. If any meter is found to be defective or operating outside the permissible tolerances, it shall be adjusted, calibrated, repaired or replaced by TU Electric, after Cogenron's concurrence, at Cogenron's expense. If a meter or other measuring equipment fails to register or, upon test, is found not to be within the accuracy standards established by the ANSI, an adjustment, mutually agreeable to the Parties, shall be made correcting all measurements made by such inaccurate meter or measuring equipment for:

  • Inspection of Agreement A copy of this Agreement shall be available at all reasonable times at the principal corporate trust office of the Warrant Agent for inspection by the holder of any Warrant Certificate.   • Maintenance and Inspection of Records A. The SERVICE PROVIDER at such times and in such forms as the CITY may require, shall furnish to the CITY such statements, records, reports, data, and information as the CITY may request pertaining to matters covered by this Agreement.   • Inspection of Premises Landlord and Landlord's agents shall have the right at all reasonable times during the term of this Agreement and any renewal thereof to enter the Premises for the purpose of inspecting the Premises and all buildings and improvements thereon. The Procuring entity shall notify the tenderer in writing in a timely manner, of the identity of any representatives retained for these purposes. 3.8.2 The inspections and tests may be conducted in the premises of the tenderer or its subcontractor(s), at point of delivery, and/or at the Goods’ final destination If conducted on the premises of the tenderer or its subcontractor(s), all reasonable facilities and assistance, including access to drawings and production data, shall be furnished to the inspectors at no charge to the Procuring entity. 3.8.3 Should any inspected or tested goods fail to conform to the Specifications, the Procuring entity may reject the equipment, and the tenderer shall either replace the rejected equipment or make alterations necessary to make specification requirements free of costs to the Procuring entity. 3.8.4 The Procuring entity’s right to inspect, test and where necessary, reject the goods after the Goods’ arrival shall in no way be limited or waived by reason of the equipment having previously been inspected, tested and passed by the Procuring entity or its representative prior to the equipment delivery. 3.8.5 Nothing in paragraph 3.8 shall in any way release the tenderer from any warranty or other obligations under this Contract.
