Inspection, rejection, return and recall. As relevant and proportionate to the Goods in question and subject to reasonable written notice, the Supplier shall permit any person authorised by the Authority, to inspect work being undertaken in relation to the Goods and/or the storage facilities used in the storage of the Goods at all reasonable times at the Supplier’s premises or at the premises of any Sub-contractor or agent of the Supplier in order to confirm that the Goods are being manufactured and/or stored in accordance with Good Industry Practice and in compliance the requirements of this Contract and/or that stock holding and quality assurance processes are in accordance with the requirements of this Contract. Without prejudice to the provisions of Clause 4.6 of this Schedule 2 of these Call-off Terms and Conditions and subject to Clause 4.7 of this Schedule 2 of these Call-off Terms and Conditions, the Authority shall visually inspect the Goods within a reasonable time following delivery (or such other period as may be set out as part of the requirements in the Specification and Tender Response Document, if any) and may by written notice reject any Goods found to be damaged or otherwise not in accordance with the requirements of this Contract (“Rejected Goods”). The whole of any delivery may be rejected if a reasonable sample of the Goods taken indiscriminately from that delivery is found not to conform in all material respects to the requirements of the Contract. Without prejudice to the provisions of Clause 4.5 of this Schedule 2 of these Call-off Terms and Conditions, upon the rejection of any Goods in accordance with Clauses 4.2 and/or 4.6 of this Schedule 2 of these Call-off Terms and Conditions, the Supplier shall at the Authority’s written request: collect the Rejected Goods at the Supplier’s risk and expense within ten (10) Business Days of issue of written notice from the Authority rejecting the Goods; and without extra charge, promptly (and in any event within twenty (20) Business Days or such other time agreed by the Parties in writing acting reasonably) supply replacements for the Rejected Goods to the Authority subject to the Authority not cancelling its purchase obligations in accordance with Clause 4.5 of this Schedule 2 of these Call-off Terms and Conditions.   • Response/Compliance with Audit or Inspection Findings A. Grantee must act to ensure its and its Subcontractors’ compliance with all corrections necessary to address any finding of noncompliance with any law, regulation, audit requirement, or generally accepted accounting principle, or any other deficiency identified in any audit, review, or inspection of the Contract and the services and Deliverables provided. Any such correction will be at Grantee’s or its Subcontractor's sole expense. Whether Xxxxxxx's action corrects the noncompliance shall be solely the decision of the System Agency.

  • INSPECTION AND REJECTION 8.1 Purchaser shall have the right to inspect and test Products at any time prior to shipment, and within a reasonable time after delivery to the Purchaser’s Destination.   • Office of Inspector General Investigative Findings Expert Review In accordance with Senate Bill 799, Acts 2021, 87th Leg., R.S., if Texas Government Code, Section 531.102(m-1)(2) is applicable to this Contract, Contractor affirms that it possesses the necessary occupational licenses and experience.

  • Inspection, Rejection and Guarantee C16.1 The Authority or its authorised representatives may inspect or test the Goods either complete or in the process of manufacture during normal business hours on reasonable notice at the Contractor’s premises and the Contractor shall provide all reasonable assistance in relation to any such inspection or test free of charge, including further testing and inspection if reasonably required by the Authority. No failure to make complaint at the time of such inspection or test and no approval given during or after such inspection or test shall constitute a waiver by the Authority of any rights or remedies in respect of the Goods and the Authority retains the right to reject the Goods.
