Installation of Hardware. Upon Cingular’s request, InfoSpace will install at Cingular’s designated location(s) those items of hardware designated in the Implementation Plan as to be installed by InfoSpace, if any. InfoSpace will invoice Cingular for the installation charges, computed at InfoSpace’s then-current standard rates, and Cingular will pay the invoice amount(s) within forty-five (45) days of the date of invoice. Cingular will be responsible for the installation of all other hardware.

Installation of Hardware. (a) The Hardware will need to be installed on your premises by you or a third party in order to make use of the Hardware and SaaS. (b) You acknowledge and agree that while Gasbot may provide you instructions for how to install the Hardware, Gasbot is not responsible for installing the Hardware and does not provide installation services. You will need to install the Hardware yourself or engage a third party to install the Hardware on your behalf. Some Gasbot partners may provide installation services. (c) While Gasbot will take reasonable care to ensure any provided installation instructions are clear, accurate and if followed will allow the Hardware to operate correctly, you (including your Personnel) or the third party installing, operating and using the Hardware are responsible for the installation, operation and use of the Hardware and Gasbot disclaims responsibility to the maximum extent permitted by law for any issues, loss or damage arising out of or in connection with the installation of the Hardware.

Installation of Hardware. 8.1 On the Hardware Installation Date, CDKX shall install the Hardware and if applicable, install the Hardware to APL's hardware and equipment at the Location. 8.2 If in the reasonable opinion of CDKX it is necessary to remove or otherwise disconnect any of APL's equipment at the Location in order to carry out the installation of the Hardware, then APL shall permit and obtain all necessary consents for such removal or disconnection and shall give CDKX all necessary assistance. 8.3 CDKX shall install the relevant Hardware at the Location without unreasonably interrupting the existing computer system of APL (if any). APL shall give to CDKX all necessary assistance to enable the installation work to be carried out.

However, ASXO may, in its absolute discretion refuse to deliver the Hardware to the Location or to install the Hardware at the Location (or both). (b) Prior to the installation of the Hardware by ASXO, the Subscriber must at its own cost: (i) prepare the Location for the Hardware and provide proper environmental and operational conditions for the continued efficient working and maintenance of the Hardware; and (ii) provide ASXO promptly with any documentation or information which ASXO may reasonably require to satisfy itself that the Subscriber has complied with its obligations under clause 6.1(b)(i) above. (c) In relation to the installation of the Hardware, the Subscriber must at its own cost: (i) grant such access to the Location to ASXO's Personnel as is reasonably required by ASXO; (ii) provide adequate free working space and facilities at the Location as ASXO may reasonably require including (if applicable) the Subscriber's computer time, systems software, appropriate connections, network access and consumables; and (iii) make available such suitably qualified and informed Personnel of the Subscriber to liaise with ASXO's Personnel as ASXO may reasonably require.
Installation of Hardware. Client shall be responsible for (i) providing and maintaining a suitable installation environment as specified in the manufacturer’s product literature and in accordance with ADP’s then current environmental specifications and other written instructions, (ii) following manufacturer’s instructions with respect to the Hardware, and (iii) providing and installing all power, wiring and cabling required for installation of the Hardware. The Business Day following the day on which (a) ADP, or its designee, determines that the Hardware has been placed in good working order in accordance with ADP’s standard installatio n procedures, or (b) the Hardware is delivered and the Client fails to provide the required installation environment, is the “Warranty Commencement Date”. No loss, theft or damage after delivery of the Hardware to the Client site shall relieve Client from any obligations under this Agreement, and Client shall be liable for any such loss, damage or destruction (regardless of cause).

Installation of Hardware. 4.1 Upon the successful completion of a Site Survey of a particular Site being undertaken, Reseller shall at the request of the Customer make arrangements for the installation of the Hardware at the Site nominated by the Customer and agreed to by Reseller. 4.2 Reseller will use all reasonable endeavours to have the Hardware installed on or around the agreed installation date, but will not be liable for any loss or damage in failing to do so. 4.3 The Customer is liable for all costs involved in and associated with the installation of any Hardware at the Customer’s premises. Wherever possible, Reseller will advise the Customer of the estimated cost of installing the Hardware prior to undertaking the installation. Where this is not possible or practicable, the Customer agrees to pay the reasonable costs of Reseller incurred in the installation of the Hardware. 4.4 All efforts will be made by Reseller to consult with the Customer in relation to the positioning of the Hardware, however Reseller and/or any agent or technicians or supplier engaged by Reseller will make the final decision on the positioning of the Hardware. The Customer must provide a safe environment for the installation, maintenance and removal of any Hardware. 4.5 The Customer must provide Reseller with evidence that the Customer is the owner of the premises or Site where the installation of the Hardware is to take place and where the Customer is not the owner of the premises or Site, the Customer must provide Reseller with written evidence from the Customer that the owner or landlord of the premises or Site has consented to the work and installation being carried out by Reseller or its agent. The Customer indemnifies Reseller against any loss or damage Reseller incurs and/or indemnifies Reseller against any claim Reseller may suffer in the event the lawful consent of the owner of the Site had not been obtained in order to install the Hardware. 4.6 Link and Reseller as the case may be at all times retains full right, title and interest to and in the Hardware installed. 4.7 The Customer must not, and must ensure that any other person does not, interfere with the Hardware installed without the express written consent of Reseller or of Link as appropriate. The Customer indemnifies Reseller and Link against any loss or damage suffered by Reseller or Link caused by unlawful interference with the Hardware by Customer or by anyone acting on their behalf or under their direction. 4.8 Where the Hardware...
Installation of Hardware. (i) You must comply with the Specifications and any installation instructions SafetyCulture provides to you when you install the Sensor Hardware. SafetyCulture is not liable for any loss or damage caused to you or Sensor Hardware arising from your failure to install the Sensor Hardware in accordance with the Specifications or such installation instructions. (ii) You are responsible for: (1) ensuring that your systems and facilities are compatible with the Sensor Hardware and meet any minimum requirements specified in the Specifications; (2) making any changes to your systems required in order to install the Sensor Hardware; (3) any calibration of the Sensor Hardware required to integrate the Sensor Hardware with your systems and for any ongoing use of the Sensor Services; and (4) ensuring that the Sensor Hardware is adequately powered or charged at all times. SafetyCulture may provide notification through the Sensor Services that available battery life on the Sensor Hardware is running low, however you are responsible for carrying out your own checks to ensure that the Sensor Hardware is properly powered or charged.
Installation of Hardware. If the Hardware Schedule provides that Guardian is providing installation services, Guardian will arrange for the Hardware to be installed in accordance with the Implementation Plan. Otherwise, Client will install any Hardware upon receipt and notify Guardian that installation has occurred.
