Installation, Training and Technical Support. (a) Upon delivery of the Licensed Program to the Customer, the Supplier shall install the Licensed Program in the Designated Computers particularly specified in paragraph 1 of this Agreement. The Supplier shall assist the Customer to convert the Customer's database to be compatible with the Licensed Program at a fee to be determined separately upon inspection of the Customer's current data by a representative of the Supplier. The Supplier shall also deliver a Program Key for use by the Customer to access the Licensed Program, once installed. Following installation, the Supplier shall demonstrate to the Customer that the Licensed Program has been installed in the Designated Computers. For purposes of this Agreement, the "Date of Acceptance" shall be that date upon which the Supplier has successfully demonstrated to the Customer that the Licensed Program installed in the Designated Computers.

Installation, Training and Technical Support. Caliper agrees to provide installation training and technical support to the End Users on a subcontract basis ("INSTALLATION TRAINING AND TECHNICAL SUPPORT SERVICES"). The schedule of Installation Training and Technical Support Services and initial associated costs and procedures for such services are set forth in Exhibit I (which Exhibit shall be agreed to by the parties in writing and attached hereto not more than five (5) business days immediately following the Effective Date), but shall include (i) provision of installation and technical training on such products for End Users at initial time of sale and (ii) on-going telephone, email, and direct support for such products.   • TECHNICAL SUPPORT SERVICES 2.1 The technical support services (the "Services"): Party A agrees to provide to Party B the relevant services requested by Party B, which are specified in Exhibit 1 attached hereto ("Exhibit 1").

  • Technical Support State Street will provide technical support to assist the Fund in using the System and the Data Access Services. For convenience, the County supplied specifications, if any, and the Technical Specifications furnished on the CD.

  • Training a. The employer, in consultation with the local, shall be responsible for developing and implementing an ongoing harassment and sexual harassment awareness program for all employees. Where a program currently exists and meets the criteria listed in this agreement, such a program shall be deemed to satisfy the provisions of this article. This awareness program shall initially be for all employees and shall be scheduled at least once annually for all new employees to attend.

  • Training Services Training Services may include pre-packaged training Products, and/or the development or customization of training programs as requested, including Live Training, Computer Based/Multi-Media Training which encompasses Internet-Delivered Training, and/or Video Based Training.

  • Training Materials Training Materials will be provided for each student. Training Materials may be used only for either (i) the individual student’s reference during Boeing provided training and for review thereafter or (ii) Customer’s provision of training to individuals directly employed by the Customer.
