INSTRUCTIONAL MATERIALS AND SUPPLIES. The Board shall allocate sufficient funds, if available, to provide for the purchase and/or replacement of textbooks, library books, instructional materials, supplies and equipment of sufficient quality and quantity to enable unit members to fulfill their assigned responsibilities in an adequate and professional manner during the regular school year.
