INSTRUCTIONAL MATERIALS & SUPPLIES. A. The Board will budget funds to the superintendent and staff to provide for the purchase of new and/or replacement textbooks, library books, other instructional materials, supplies, and equipment of sufficient quality and quantity to support the instructional program both during the regular school year and in summer school programs. The Board agrees to submit in its budget request for FY 11 through FY 14 no less than the dollar amount provided on a per pupil basis in the FY 10 through FY 13 budgets, respectively.

Such supplies may also include, but are not limited to include consumables and electronic instructional materials. The Board agrees to submit, in its budget request through FY2023, no less than the dollar amount provided on a per-pupil basis in the previous fiscal year.

  • Materials and Supplies The cost of materials and supplies is allowable. Purchases should be charged at their actual prices after deducting all cash discounts, trade discounts, rebates, and allowances received. Withdrawals from general stores or stockrooms should be charged at cost under any recognized method of pricing, consistently applied. Incoming transportation charges are a proper part of materials and supply costs.

  • Promotional Materials In the event that the Fund or the Adviser makes available any promotional materials related to the Securities or the transactions contemplated hereby intended for use only by registered broker-dealers and registered representatives thereof by means of an Internet web site or similar electronic means, the Adviser will install and maintain, or will cause to be installed and maintained, pre-qualification and password-protection or similar procedures which are reasonably designed to effectively prohibit access to such promotional materials by persons other than registered broker-dealers and registered representatives thereof.

  • ODUF Packing Specifications 6.3.1 The data will be packed using ATIS EMI records. A pack will contain a minimum of one (1) message record or a maximum of ninety-nine thousand nine hundred and ninety-nine (99,999) message records plus a pack header record and a pack trailer record. One transmission can contain a maximum of ninety-nine (99) packs and a minimum of one (1) pack.
