Instructions for Processing Personal Data. This Annex includes details of the Processing of Personal Data as required by Article 28(3) in the GDPR. Subject-matter of the processing The subject-matter of the processing is language and DTP services as well as machine translation engine training as defined in the Service Agreement (Framework Agreement or Order Confirmation) concluded between Purchaser and Supplier. Duration of the processing For as long as the Service Agreement between Purchaser and Supplier is in force, unless otherwise agreed upon, and as long as needed according to applicable Laws.
