Insur Ance. The Academy has appropriate public liability insurance. It will also provide insurance for any field trips you undertake with the Academy. However you should ensure that you insure your personal belongings which are brought into the Academy at your own risk. You may also be required to take out other types of insurance, for example, health insurance while on overseas placement.

Insur Ance. 15.1 The Recipient shall effect and maintain with a reputable insurance company a policy or policies in respect of all risks which may be incurred by the Recipient, arising out of the Recipient's performance of the Agreement, including death or personal injury, loss of or damage to property or any other loss (the Required Insurances). 15.2 The Required Insurances referred to above include (but are not limited to): 1) employer's liability insurance with a limit of indemnity of not less than ten million pounds (£10,000,000) in relation to any one claim or series of claims arising from or relating to the carrying out of the Activities; 2) public liability insurance with a limit of indemnity of not less than five million pounds (£5,000,000) in relation to any one claim or series of claims arising from or relating to the carrying out of the Activities; and 3) professional indemnity insurance with a limit of indemnity of not less than two million pounds (£2,000,000) in relation to any one claim or series of claims arising from or relating to the carrying out of the Activities. The Recipient shall (on request) supply to the Funder a copy of such insurance policies and evidence that the relevant premiums have been paid.

  • Crime Insurance Contractor shall maintain during the term of the Contract Crime Insurance on a “loss sustained form” or “loss discovered form,” and coverage must include the following:  The policy must allow for reporting of circumstances or incidents that might give rise to future claims.  The policy must include an extended reporting period of no less than one (1) year with respect to events which occurred but were not reported during the term of the policy.  Any warranties required by the Contractor’s insurer as a result of this Contract must be disclosed and complied with. Said insurance shall extend coverage to include the principals (all directors, officers, agents and employees) of the Contractor as a result of this Contract.  The policy shall include coverage for third party fidelity and name “The People of the State of New York, the New York State Office of General Services, any entity authorized by law or regulation to use this Contract as an Authorized User and their officers, agents, and employees” as “Loss Payees” for all third party coverage secured. This requirement applies to both primary and excess liability policies, as applicable.  The policy shall not contain a condition requiring an arrest and conviction.  The policy shall include coverage for computer crime/fraud.

  • Earthquake including land shock waves or tremors before, during or after a volcanic eruption;

  • Vandalism Or Malicious Mischief This peril does not include loss to property on the "residence premises", and any ensuing loss caused by any intentional and wrongful act com- mitted in the course of the vandalism or malicious mischief, if the dwelling has been vacant for more than 60 consecutive days immediately before the loss. A dwelling being constructed is not consid- ered vacant.

  • Commercial Automobile Insurance If the Grantee’s duties include the use of a commercial vehicle, the Grantee shall maintain automobile liability, bodily injury, and property damage coverage. Insuring clauses for both bodily injury and property damage shall provide coverage on an occurrence basis. The Department, its employees, and officers shall be named as an additional insured on any automobile insurance policy. The minimum limits shall be as follows: $200,000/300,000 Automobile Liability for Company-Owned Vehicles, if applicable $200,000/300,000 Hired and Non-owned Automobile Liability Coverage

  • Automobile Insurance The contractor/consultant/service provider shall maintain a minimum of $1,000,000 per occurrence, $2,000,000 aggregate. COI must show “All Autos”.

  • Disability Insurance The Superintendent shall purchase long-term disability insurance from the school district’s carrier at his own expense. The Board will increase his salary by the amount of the premium cost.

  • Insurance The Company and the Subsidiaries are insured by insurers of recognized financial responsibility against such losses and risks and in such amounts as are prudent and customary in the businesses in which the Company and the Subsidiaries are engaged, including, but not limited to, directors and officers insurance coverage. Neither the Company nor any Subsidiary has any reason to believe that it will not be able to renew its existing insurance coverage as and when such coverage expires or to obtain similar coverage from similar insurers as may be necessary to continue its business without a significant increase in cost.

  • Fire Insurance The LESSEE shall not permit any use of the leased premises which will make voidable any insurance on the property of which the leased premises are a part, or on the contents of said property or which shall be contrary to any law or regulation from time to time established by the New England Fire Insurance Rating Association, or any similar body succeeding to its powers. The LESSEE shall on demand reimburse the LESSOR, and all other tenants, all extra insurance premiums caused by the LESSEE's use of the premises.
