Insurance and Protection. We provide a financial protection review and make our recommendation to you. Should you accept our recommendation(s) we will arrange the implementation of this/these for you. The reasons for our recommendations will also be provided to you in a written report. We normally receive commission from the policy provider instead of a fee. This is detailed in the provider’s illustration. Where additional Trust work is required, fees may be charged. Typically this is £250 plus the commission. This will be agreed in advance. Client money Xxxxx & XxXxxx llp is not permitted to handle client money. Instructions We prefer our clients to give us instructions in writing, to aid clarification and avoid misunderstandings. We may accept oral instructions, provided they are confirmed in writing later.

Insurance and Protection. 1. According to the OHC contract with SITES, SITES will provide wall-to-wall fine art insurance coverage, with standard exclusions, for the exhibit during both transit and display.
Insurance and Protection. The Contractor shall not commence work under this Contract until he has obtained all the insurance required under this paragraph and such insurance has been approved by the Grantee. The Contractor shall indemnify and save harmless the County, its officers, consultants, and employees from all suits, actions, or claims of any character brought because of any injuries or damage received or sustained by any person, persons, or property; on account of the operations of said Contractor; or on account of or as a consequence of any neglect in safeguarding the work, or through use of unacceptable materials in constructing the work; or because of any act or omission, neglect, or misconduct of said Contractor; or from any claims or amounts arising or recovered under the “Worker’s Compensation Act”, or any other law ordinance, order, or decree. So much of the money due the said Contractor under and by virtue of his contract as may be considered necessary by the County for such purpose may be retained for the use of the County; or, in case no money is due, the Contractor’s surety may be held until such suit or suits, action or actions, claim or claims for injuries or damages as aforesaid shall have been settled and suitable evidence to that effect furnished to the County, except that money due the Contractor will not be withheld when the Contractor produces satisfactory evidence that he is adequately protected by public liability and property damage insurance. The Contractor shall procure, pay for and maintain in full force and effect during the course of the performance of the Contract, and in the case of products and completed operations coverage, for a period of one year thereafter, the following minimum insurance coverages:

Borrower will not destroy, damage, or impair the Property, allow the Property to deteriorate, or commit waste on the Property. Unless Lender determines pursuant to Section 5 that repair or restoration is not economically feasible, Borrower will promptly repair the Property if damaged to avoid further deterioration or damage. If insurance or condemnation proceeds are paid to Lender in connection with damage to, or the taking of, the Property, Borrower will be responsible for repairing or restoring the Property only if Xxxxxx has released proceeds for such purposes. Lender may disburse proceeds for the repairs and restoration in a single payment or in a series of progress payments as the work is completed, depending on the size of the repair or restoration, the terms of the repair agreement, and whether Borrower is in Default on the Loan. Lender may make such disbursements directly to Borrower, to the person repairing or restoring the Property, or payable jointly to both. If the insurance or condemnation proceeds are not sufficient to repair or restore the Property, Borrower remains obligated to complete such repair or restoration. Lender may make reasonable entries upon and inspections of the Property. If Lender has reasonable cause, Xxxxxx may inspect the interior of the improvements on the Property. Lender will give Borrower notice at the time of or prior to such an interior inspection specifying such reasonable cause.

  • - INCOME PROTECTION AND WORKERS COMPENSATION 2301 A nurse having accumulated income protection may claim basic pay for such income protection against such accumulation with respect to periods during which:

  • INSURANCE AND BOND Contractor shall at all times during the term of the Agreement with the County maintain in force, at minimum, those insurance policies and bonds as designated in the attached Exhibit C, and will comply with all those requirements as stated therein. The County and all parties as set forth on Exhibit C shall be considered an additional insured or loss payee if applicable. All of Contractor’s available insurance coverage and proceeds in excess of the specified minimum limits shall be available to satisfy any and all claims of the County, including defense costs and damages. Any insurance limitations are independent of and shall not limit the indemnification terms of this Agreement. Contractor’s insurance policies, including excess and umbrella insurance policies, shall include an endorsement and be primary and non-contributory and will not seek contribution from any other insurance (or self-insurance) available to County. Contractor’s excess and umbrella insurance shall also apply on a primary and non- contributory basis for the benefit of the County before County’s own insurance policy or self-insurance shall be called upon to protect it as a named insured.
