Insurance on Personal Property. If the Mortgaged Premises is or includes Tangible Personal Property, the insurance coverage on such property shall include fire, theft, comprehensive, collision and liability.

Insurance on Personal Property. Tenant acknowledges that the landlord is not responsible for insuring any of Tenant’s personal property. The Landlord is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged property.
