Integrated Payables Service. If Company or any Authorized User believes that someone is using the online interface or Demand Deposit Account without permission, Company must notify Huntington immediately by calling (000) 000-0000. Huntington will accept reports of unauthorized transaction activity from the Authorized Business Representative or Program Administrator.Unauthorized transactions must be reported immediately. Company agrees to cooperate with Huntington on any investigations, including filing police reports or completing affidavits as necessary. Huntington reserves the right to immediately close any Account regardless of whether unauthorized activityhas been reported by Company or not. Huntington is not liable for any misuse of the service and any unauthorized transaction activity does not relieve Company from the obligation of paying any outstanding balance created by the Integrated Payables service. The TM Services Agreement contains additional terms and conditions which may apply.   • Integrated Digital Loop Carriers The feeder portion of some loops may be provide by means of Integrated Digital Loop Carrier (IDLC). IDLC provides a fiber optic cable transmission path that travels directly into BellSouth’s central office local switch. Where BellSouth uses IDLC ,if technically feasible and capacity does exist, BST will provide Al-Call with a Designed DS0 UVL by using alternative provisioning techniques including but not limited to such as “hairpinning” and DAC grooming. Alternative provisioning techniques will be provided at no additional cost to Al-Call . Hairpinning involves providing a DS0 signal from an IDLC-served loop to Al-Call ’s collocation equipment by using a dedicated pathway that traverses BellSouth’s central office switch. BellSouth will provide such DS0 signal to Al-Call by establishing a copper cross connect between the BellSouth switch and Al-Call ’s collocation equipment.

NewPhone will be responsible for providing BellSouth with a Service Profile Identifier (SPID) associated with a particular ISDN-capable Loop and customer. With the SPID, BellSouth will be able to adequately test the circuit and ensure that it properly supports ISDN service.

  • Historically Underutilized Businesses (“HUBs”). In accordance with state law, it is TFC’s policy to assist HUBs whenever possible to participate in providing goods and services to the agency. TFC encourages those parties with whom it contracts for the provision of goods and services to adhere to this same philosophy in selecting subcontractors to assist in fulfilling PSP’s obligations with TFC. If PSP subcontracts with others for some or all of the services to be performed under an Assignment to this Agreement, PSP shall comply with all HUB requirements pursuant to Chapter 2161 of the Texas Government Code. At or prior to the execution of an Assignment with a value that is anticipated to meet or exceed One Hundred Thousand and No/100 Dollars ($100,000.00), PSP must provide a completed HUB Subcontracting Plan, which shall be approved by TFC prior to execution of the Assignment. A copy of the HUB Subcontracting Form is attached hereto and incorporated herein for all purposes as Exhibit G. PSP shall provide the HUB Program of TFC with pertinent details of any participation by a HUB in fulfilling the duties and obligations arising under an Assignment, on the HUB Subcontracting Plan Progress Assessment Report (“PAR”). A copy of the PAR Form is attached hereto and incorporated herein for all purposes as Exhibit H.

  • Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server Add-Ons Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server Subscriptions may be purchased with one or more add-on options (“Add-On(s)”). Add-Ons require a separate paid and active Software Subscriptions for each Unit that deploys, installs, uses or executes such Add-On. Each Unit of Add- Ons must match the Support Level (Standard and/or Premium), Unit of Measure and capacity as the underlying Red Hat Enterprise Linux Unit. Add-Ons are not supported on Red Hat Enterprise Linux Subscriptions with a Self-support service level except Smart Management Add-Ons. The Add-Ons include: High Availability, Load Balancer, Resilient Storage, Scalable File System, Smart Management, Extended Update Support, Extended Life Cycle Support and High Performance Network.

  • Tandem Transit Traffic 12.1 As used in this Section, Tandem Transit Traffic is Telephone Exchange Service traffic that originates on CBB's network, and is transported through Verizon’s Tandem to the subtending End Office or its equivalent of another carrier (CLEC, ILEC other than Verizon, Commercial Mobile Radio Service (CMRS) carrier, or other LEC (“Other Carrier”). Neither the originating nor terminating customer is a Customer of Verizon. Subtending End Offices shall be determined in accordance with and as identified in the Local Exchange Routing Guide (LERG). Switched Exchange Access Service traffic is not Tandem Transit Traffic.

  • DISADVANTAGED BUSINESS ENTERPRISE OR HISTORICALLY UNDERUTILIZED BUSINESS REQUIREMENTS The Engineer agrees to comply with the requirements set forth in Attachment H, Disadvantaged Business Enterprise or Historically Underutilized Business Subcontracting Plan Requirements with an assigned goal or a zero goal, as determined by the State.
