Integrity Audits. The Employer shall provide evidence of an Integrity Audit relevant to the individual employee who has been disciplined. Failure to provide this evidence shall not void the discipline.

Integrity Audits. To ensure compliance with this Agreement and the protection of Sensitive Data, the Promise Neighborhood Data Manager shall have the right to make, via designated staff, unannounced visits to the Promise Neighborhood and the Promise Neighborhood Partner for purposes of inspecting computer equipment and reviewing the security arrangements that the Program Administrator is maintaining with respect to Sensitive Information. The Promise Neighborhood and the Promise Neighborhood Partner Program Administrators will fully and promptly cooperate with the Promise Neighborhood Data Manager and will assist them in completing those inspections. The Data Manager must coordinate access with the Data Xxxxxxx.

The EB CAN Partner Program Administrators will fully and promptly cooperate with the Promise Neighborhood Data Manager and will assist them in completing those inspections. The Data Manager must coordinate access with the Data Xxxxxxx.

  • Security Audits Each Contract Year, County may perform or have performed security reviews and testing based on an IT infrastructure review plan. Such testing shall ensure all pertinent County security standards as well as any customer agency requirements, such as federal tax requirements or HIPPA.

  • City Audits The CITY may perform an independent audit. Such audits may cover programmatic as well as fiscal matters. GRANTEE will be afforded an opportunity to respond to any audit findings, and have the responses included in the final audit report. Costs of such audits will be borne by the CITY.

  • Audits No more than once a year, or following unauthorized access, upon receipt of a written request from the LEA with at least ten (10) business days’ notice and upon the execution of an appropriate confidentiality agreement, the Provider will allow the LEA to audit the security and privacy measures that are in place to ensure protection of Student Data or any portion thereof as it pertains to the delivery of services to the LEA . The Provider will cooperate reasonably with the LEA and any local, state, or federal agency with oversight authority or jurisdiction in connection with any audit or investigation of the Provider and/or delivery of Services to students and/or LEA, and shall provide reasonable access to the Provider’s facilities, staff, agents and XXX’s Student Data and all records pertaining to the Provider, LEA and delivery of Services to the LEA. Failure to reasonably cooperate shall be deemed a material breach of the DPA.

  • Security Audit Customer agrees that PROS’ Audit Report will be used to satisfy any audit or inspection requests by or on behalf of Customer, and PROS will make Audit Reports available to Customer upon request. PROS will promptly remediate any material weaknesses or significant control deficiencies identified in any Audit Reports. In the event that an audit opinion is qualified and the qualification has not been remediated by the date of the Audit Report, PROS shall (i) provide Customer with PROS remediation plan; and (ii) execute such plan in accordance with its terms.

  • Medical Examinations An employee may be required by the Employer, at the request of and at the expense of the Employer, to take a medical examination by a physician of the employee's choice. Employees may be required to take skin tests, x-ray examination, vaccination, inoculation and other immunization (with the exception of a rubella vaccination when the employee is of the opinion that a pregnancy is possible), unless the employee's physician has advised in writing that such a procedure may have an adverse affect on the employee's health.

  • Health Examinations The Employer shall provide at no cost to the employee, such medical tests, health examinations and surveillance/monitoring as may be required as a condition of employment and/or as a result of regulated hazards encountered after employment.

  • Compliance Audits D. 4.1 Compliance Audit(s). Without limiting the generality of section A.7.4 (Records Review), if requested by the Province from time to time, which request shall be at the Province’s sole discretion, the Recipient, at its own expense, will forthwith retain an independent third party auditor to conduct one or more compliance audits of the Recipient or any Project. The audit will be conducted in accordance with Canadian Generally Accepted Auditing Standards, as adopted by the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants, applicable as of the date on which a record is kept or required to be kept under such standards. In addition, the audit will assess the Recipient’s compliance with the terms of the Agreement and will address, with respect to each Project, without limitation, the following: (a) whether the Funds were spent in accordance with the Agreement and with due regard to economy, efficiency, and effectiveness; (b) the Project’s progress or state of completion; (c) whether the financial information the Recipient provided is complete, accurate, and timely, and in accordance with the Agreement; (d) whether the Recipient’s information and monitoring processes and systems are adequate to identify, capture, validate, and monitor the achievement of intended benefits of the Project; (e) the overall management and administration of the Project; (f) recommendations for improvement or redress; and (g) whether prompt and timely corrective action is taken on prior audit findings.

  • Eye Examinations All represented employees, who are health service system members, shall be eligible for one (1) annual VDT examination and prescribed eyewear.

  • Medical Examination Where the Employer requires an employee to submit to a medical examination or medical interview, it shall be at the Employer's expense and on the Employer's time.

  • Physical Examinations Where the Employer requires an employee to take a physical examination, doctor's fees for such examination shall be paid by the Employer. Except prior to commencement of employment and the first four (4) weeks of employment, such examinations shall be taken during the employee's working hours without loss of pay to the employee.
