Intemperance Sample Clauses

IntemperanceAddiction to the use of narcotics or habit-forming drugs;
IntemperanceIn possession, in use, under the influence of, or trafficking in habit forming drugs and/or narcotics while at work or on County property.
Intemperance. Drinking alcoholic beverages while on duty or in such close proximity thereto as to cause any detrimental effect upon the bargaining unit member or upon employees associated with him/her.

  • Temperature Where low temperature and/or self-service cases are used for any of such merchandise coming under the jurisdiction of the Union, such cases shall be served only by employees covered by this Agreement.

  • Tolerance Average net mass of cement packed in bags in a sample shall be equal to or more than 50kg. If and as desired by the Engineer-in-Charge, the number of samples to be checked for net mass of cement per bag, in a given number of bags shall be as given below: 100 to 150 bags : 20 sample 150 to 280 bags : 32 sample 281 to 500 bags : 50 sample 501 to 1200 bags : 80 sample 1201 to 3200 bags : 125 sample 3201 and above : 200 sample The bags in a sample shall be selected at random.

  • Tardiness If a Pack Member is going to be late, the Pack Member should do his/her best to contact a leader in their department prior to the start of their shift. If a Pack Member is 6 or more minutes late for their scheduled shift, this is considered tardy. If a Pack Member is excessively 8/15/24, 12:37 PM ExportToPDF tardy (greater than two hours) without a call to his/her manager, the tardy will be treated as an absence. If a Pack Member is tardy 4 hours or more, the tardy will be treated as a No Call/No Show.   • Noise The Hirer shall ensure that the minimum of noise is made on arrival and departure, particularly late at night and early in the morning. The Hirer shall, if using sound amplification equipment, make use of any noise limitation device provided at the premises and comply with any other licensing condition for the premises.

  • Evacuation (1) If the Combatant Commander orders a mandatory evacuation of some or all personnel, the Government will provide assistance, to the extent available, to United States and third country national Contractor personnel. (2) In the event of a non-mandatory evacuation order, unless authorized in writing by the Contracting Officer, the Contractor shall maintain personnel on location sufficient to meet obligations under this contract.

  • Progressive Discipline Both parties endorse the principle of progressive discipline as applied to professionals.

  • Illumination Normal & emergency AC & DC illumination shall be provided adequately in the control room & other buildings of the substation. The switchyard shall also be provided with adequate illumination. Lighting of the entire control room building, fire-fighting pump house, other building (if any) and switchyard shall be done by LED based low power consumption luminaires.

  • Pressure The System user is not entitled to deliver natural gas to Gas Connect Austria at the Entry Point Überackern 7-fields at a pressure of below 64 bar. Normal cubic meter (Nm³) is a cubic meter of natural gas at 273.15 K (= 0°C) and 101,325 kPa (=1.01325 bara). The natural gas delivered by the System User at the Entry Point Xxxxxxxxxx for transportation must be in line with the following chemical and physical specifications:
