Interac Flash. (a) Opting In / Opting Out When we issue your Card, it is enabled with the Interac Flash feature. The account you have preselected to be included in the "chequing" field is the account that will be debited for your Interac Flash transactions. You can have Interac Flash enabled or disabled on your Card by contacting any TD Canada Trust branch or calling EasyLine telephone banking at one of the telephone numbers provided in Section 13.

Interac Flash. If a CIBC Advantage Debit Card is enabled with INTERAC Flash, CIBC will select and link an Account to your Debit Card. INTERAC Flash Transactions will default to the pre-selected Account. INTERAC Flash functionality will be activated by conducting a successful PIN Transaction at a Debit Card reading terminal. You can have INTERAC Flash disabled or re-enabled by calling CIBC Telephone Banking or by visiting any CIBC branch.
Interac Flash. The contactless payment feature that allows a Member to conduct Point of Sale Transactions at select merchants, without having to swipe or insert the Member’s debit card and enter a Personal Identification Number.

To complete the process to disable or enable Interac Flash, you must use your debit card and PIN in a Debit Terminal. There is no charge to have the Interac Flash feature disabled or enabled on your Card.
Interac Flash. This is a contactless feature added to your Client Card that allows you to make POS purchases or debit transactions at merchants in Canada that have an Interac Flash‡ enabled reader. The limits that apply to contactless POS transactions are posted on our website. For added security, every time you reach that limit, you will be asked to insert your Client Card and enter your PIN in order to complete the transaction. Similarly, if this is a contactless Mobile Interac Flash transaction using the Client Card in your Mobile wallet, you will need to enter your passcode. Liability for losses You are responsible for all authorized use of a valid Client Card. You are liable for all Losses that result from these situations: • You authorize someone else to use your Client Card; • You make an entry error like pressing the wrong key at an ATM or POS terminal; • You make fraudulent or worthless deposits or transfers. You are not liable for Losses resulting from circumstances beyond your control, including situations where: • The Losses result from technical problems, our errors or other system malfunctions; • We were responsible for preventing unauthorized use of your Client Card, such as its use after your Client Card has been reported lost or stolen or after it has expired or has been cancelled. Provided that you cooperate fully in any investigation that we or the public authorities may conduct regarding such unauthorized use, you are not liable for: • Losses which occur because of your unintentional contribution to someone else’s unauthorized use of your Client Card; • Losses which occur because you have been the victim of fraud, theft, or have been coerced by trickery. You are liable for Losses, but only up to the total of the transaction withdrawal limits applicable to the transaction on which Losses occur, if you contribute to someone else’s unauthorized use of your Client Card. You contribute to someone else’s unauthorized use by: • Voluntarily disclosing your PIN to someone else; • Writing your PIN on or near your Client Card or choosing a PIN that is easily guessed (see Personal Identification Number section of this Agreement); • Keeping a poorly disguised written record of your PIN on or near your Client Card (see Personal Identification Number section of this Agreement); • Not telling us within a reasonable time ...

Where BellSouth uses IDLC ,if technically feasible and capacity does exist, BST will provide Al-Call with a Designed DS0 UVL by using alternative provisioning techniques including but not limited to such as “hairpinning” and DAC grooming. Alternative provisioning techniques will be provided at no additional cost to Al-Call . Hairpinning involves providing a DS0 signal from an IDLC-served loop to Al-Call ’s collocation equipment by using a dedicated pathway that traverses BellSouth’s central office switch. BellSouth will provide such DS0 signal to Al-Call by establishing a copper cross connect between the BellSouth switch and Al-Call ’s collocation equipment.

  • Analytics 1.1. IFS may track and analyze the usage of the IFS Offering for purposes of determining usage made of the IFS Offering, for the purposes of security, to assist customers, and for improving the Software and Services and the user experience in using such Software and Services. For example, IFS may use this information to help customers derive more value from the Software and Services, to understand and analyze trends, or to track which features are used most often in order to improve the Software and Services. IFS may share anonymous usage data with its service providers for the purpose of helping in such tracking, analysis and improvements.
