International Corridors. Where you may have international business needs, we will share information relating to your company, products and accounts, including transactional information, with Banco Santander S.A., Santander group companies and other partner banks who may be based in other countries, to better support the international operations of your company and decide whether to offer your company other products and services. The data shared will include information on your company’s financial position, its auditable accounts, its directors and shareholders and any information held about the company by Santander, such as information about transactions carried out on your accounts with Santander and information regarding any other products and services that you receive from us. We will do this on the basis of our legitimate interests. If you do not want us to share your data in this manner you can speak to us. Unless you have agreed otherwise, if we believe you may have international business needs we will check whether you have accounts held with other Santander group companies. If there are products or services that we or our group of companies or partner banks think may meet your needs we may tell you about these. You can amend your marketing preferences at any time by contacting us. The personal data we’ve collected from you at application or at any stage will be shared with fraud prevention agencies who will use it to prevent fraud and money-laundering and to verify your identity. If fraud is detected, you could be refused certain services, finance or employment in future. We may also search and use our internal records for these purposes. Further details on how your personal data will be used by us and these fraud prevention agencies, and your data protection rights, can be found in the ‘Using My Personal Data’ booklet. If you’ve applied for a credit product then in order to process your application, we’ll perform credit and identity checks on you at your home and business address (if you are a business customer) with one or more credit reference agencies.   • INTERNATIONAL BIDDING All offers (tenders), and all information and Product required by the solicitation or provided as explanation thereof, shall be submitted in English. Additional International Olympic Committee, International Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement names (including their IDN variants) may be added to the list upon ten (10) calendar days notice from ICANN to Registry Operator. Such names may not be activated in the DNS, and may not be released for registration to any person or entity other than Registry Operator. Upon conclusion of Registry Operator’s designation as operator of the registry for the TLD, all such names withheld from registration or allocated to Registry Operator shall be transferred as specified by ICANN. Registry Operator may self-­‐allocate and renew such names without use of an ICANN accredited registrar, which will not be considered Transactions for purposes of Section 6.1 of the Agreement.

  • International Agreements The Parties shall make all reasonable efforts to accede to the Geneva Act to the Hague Agreement Concerning the International Registration of Industrial Designs adopted in Geneva on 2 July 1999.

  • International Standards In determining whether an international standard, guide, or recommendation within the meaning of Articles 2 and 5 and Annex 3 of the TBT Agreement exists, each Party shall apply the principles set out in Decisions and Recommendations adopted by the Committee since 1 January 1995, G/TBT/1/Rev.8, 23 May 2002, Section IX (Decision of the Committee on Principles for the Development of International Standards, Guides and Recommendations with relation to Articles 2, 5 and Annex 3 of the Agreement), issued by the WTO Committee on Technical Barriers to Trade.
