Eligibility for Sabbatical. Full-time employees ranked as University School Associate Professor or University School Professors with at least six (6) years of full-time service at the XXXX shall be eligible for sabbaticals. Eligible employees shall be notified annually regarding eligibility requirements and application deadlines.

Eligibility for Sabbatical. C2.2.1 A tenured Faculty Member or permanent Librarian first becomes eligible for up to one (1) full year of sabbatical leave following six (6) years of full-time service at the University of Xxxxxx Xxxxxx Island. For those joining the University from other universities, the period of six (6) years may be reduced as long as a provision is made for such reduction in the initial letter of appointment.
Eligibility for Sabbatical. 4.1 Eligible employees are required to have at least 5 years of continuous employment, on a permanent or temporary basis, with any Scottish council.
Eligibility for Sabbatical. A continuing faculty member shall become eligible to take a full sabbatical that will begin at the end of not less than six years of full-time service from the initial date of full-time appointment or six years of full-time appointment from the terminal date of a previous sabbatical. With the exception of faculty time paid through an external grant, all time spent on unpaid leave of absence shall be excluded in determining years of service. A full sabbatical may be granted for a maximum period of six months at one hundred percent of salary or for twelve months at fifty percent of salary. A continuing faculty member shall become eligible to take a partial sabbatical that will begin at the end of not less than three years of full-time service from the initial date of full-time appointment or three years of full-time appointment from the terminal date of a previous sabbatical. With the exception of faculty time paid through an external grant, all time spent on unpaid leave of absence shall be excluded in determining years of service. Partial sabbatical may be granted for a maximum period of six months at fifty percent of salary.
