Internship Duration. (1) The internship is carried out in the above-mentioned institution and can be completed full-time or part-time. The working hours during the traineeship in full-time will be approx. 40 hours per week. They will be fixed in accordance with the usual working hours of the institution providing the traineeship.

If such an occasion should ever occur, volunteers will be sought first. If no one volunteers, the Employer will rotate shifts on an inverse seniority basis until the staff vacancies are filled.
