Compensated hours shall be defined for the purposes of this article, as hours paid, paid holidays, negotiated vacation, time off or any other days or hours for which the employee is paid, but shall exclude leave of absence, time spent on sickness or accident or Workplace Safety and Insurance Board benefits, which are not opposed by Canadian Labour Law.
The Employer may terminate the employee without notice or compensation in any of the instances as set out in Article 107 of the Labour Law.
Respect the rights of the Employee to freedom of association and collective bargaining as stipulated in the Labour Law of Jordan and its amendments, including the right to join the General Trade Union of Workers in Textile, Garment and Clothing Industries without harassment, interference or retaliation.
