Intervention Teachers. 1. For school-year interventions before and after school, the maximum class size shall be twenty-five (2025) at the elementary level and twenty-five (25) at the secondary level. Class adjustments and transfers within the maximum shall be completed within the first five (5) days of the intervention program. For non-intervention Summer School classes, the maximum class size shall be twentythirty-two (2032) at the elementary level and thirty-four (3034) at the secondary level. Class adjustments and transfers within the maximum shall be completed within the first five (5) days.
Intervention Teachers. 4.1.14.1 Intervention Teachers will follow the assigned school(s)’ bell schedule and will be required to perform a variety of tasks within their job description and duties during the Hybrid Learning Phase. Intervention Teachers shall continue providing virtual support but may also, on a case by case basis, be required to provide in person services if the student(s) is not able to benefit from virtual support.
