Bound This enterprise agreement is made under section 327 of the Workplace Relations Act 1996 and details the rights and responsibilities of employees who are covered by this Agreement with Greyhound Racing Victoria (GRV). • The agreement was made following discussions and consultative processes with employees (excluding Racing Stewards) at GRV in 2005 and replaces all prior agreements. • The starting date for the enterprise agreement is date of lodgement with the Office of the Employee Advocate and will continue for three years from that date..
