Involuntary Overtime. When an open shift is identified, the employer will follow the provisions of Subsection 8.3 A before the involuntary process is implemented. When involuntary overtime is required, it will be assigned to employees on duty in inverse order of seniority, provided the employee has the skills and abilities required of the positions.
