Involuntary Transfer/Reassignment. 1. When a teacher is being involuntarily transferred or reassigned, he/she will have the opportunity to make known in writing to the appropriate administrator his/her wishes regarding the new assignment within two (2) working days after receipt of the notice of transfer or reassignment.
