Issuance of Card. You have requested the Credit Union to issue you a Card that can be used to access funds in your Account. The Credit Union will issue you a PIN that must be used with the Card for Transactions that require use of a PIN. Do not reveal your PIN number to anyone else or write it down where is available to others.

You understand that if you disclose your Check Card PIN to anyone, they will have access to all accounts identified by your account number. If the Account is a personal joint account or business joint account, all transactions involving the Account are binding on all Account holders. Your responsibility for unauthorized transactions is described in the section titled “Liability For Unauthorized Transactions.”

Issuance of Card. You have requested ST. JEAN’S CREDIT UNION to issue you a Card that can be used to access funds in your Account. The system has selected a PIN that must be used with the Card for transactions that require use of a PIN. Do not reveal your PIN to anyone else or write it down where it available to other. Use of your PIN legally binds you to this agreement.
Issuance of Card. The Company has requested that the Bank issue Card(s) that can be used to access funds in the Account through participating Networks. A PIN must be used with the Card for Transactions that require a PIN as set forth in this Agreement.
Issuance of Card. 1.1. In making an application for a Card, the Cardmember shall use such electronic means and/or channels (including any mobile application designated or approved by the Bank in relation to the application for or use of the Card (the “App”)), provide such documents and information and follow such procedure, as the Bank may from time to time direct or require.

Issuance of Card. 2-1 The use of the card is only restricted to the cardholder and it is subject to these terms and conditions and the card shall remain in force until the expiration date shown on it.

We will issue you a Personal Identification Number (PIN) that must be used with the Card for transactions that require use of a PIN. Do not reveal your PIN to anyone else or write it down where it is available to oth- ers. The Card shall remain our property and shall be surrendered immediately upon our request. You cannot transfer your Card to another person and we may cancel and retrieve your Card at any time without notice to you.
