Use of the Cards. You and your Card Authorised Users are permitted to use the Cards for Card Transactions. Cards cannot be used for (a) obtaining cash back at the point of sale; or (b) any Card Unauthorised Purpose. Stripe may, acting reasonably, require you to establish a daily Card Transaction Limit to prevent the risk of loss to Stripe, and to reduce the rate of declined Card Transactions. If a daily Card Transaction Limit is required by Stripe, Stripe may decline any Card Transactions in excess of the daily Card Transaction Limit. You may also apply merchant-specific and other Card Transaction restrictions using the Stripe Technology. Cards will be valid for the period ending on the expiry date set out on the relevant Card. You may request a replacement Card. Stripe may charge a fee for the issuance of replacement Cards.
Use of the Cards. The Cardholder must:
1- Sign the Card immediately upon the receipt of the Card.
2- Maintain the PIN in a secret place away from the Card and take all necessary precautions to prevent others from knowing it.
3- Use the Card within the Credit Limit determined by the Company from time to time. Any excess over the Credit Limit being immediately repayable in full to the Company to which the Cardholder is obligated to pay in addition to the over limit fee.
4- The Cardholder must not use the Card after the period for which it is stated to be valid or after notification to him/her of its cancellation or withdrawal by the Company or any person acting on behalf of the Company.
5- The Cardholder must not use the Card for any illegal Card Transaction, as defined by:
(a) Visa/MC/JCB/UnionPay regulations
(b) Local Authorities
(c) International Authorities.
6- The Card must not be used for any unlawful purpose, including the purchase of goods or services prohibited by the local law in the Kingdom of Bahrain.
Use of the Cards. You hereby acknowledge and agree that the security procedures for the Account and the Card are commercially reasonable. The Company agrees to instruct each Authorized Cardholder not to disclose the PIN to anyone. If the security or confidentiality of any PIN is compromised, the Authorized Cardholder should notify the Bank immediately.
Use of the Cards. 4.1. The issue of Card(s) to the Customer shall authorise the Customer and any Cardholder to use the Card(s) to obtain Products from Suppliers.
4.2. The Card(s) are issued purely as a convenience to the Customer and the possession of such Card(s) shall not confer any right or entitlement upon the Customer or any Cardholder to receive supplies of Products from the Company or any person on their behalf.
4.3. The Card remains the responsibility of the Customer at all times and may only be used:
a) to obtain Products of a specified nature from Suppliers up to the amount of the Credit Limit or the Prepay Balance at the time of the relevant transaction (as the case may be), in each case depending and in accordance with any restrictions relating to the Card or notified to the Customer from time to time;
b) by the Customer or a Cardholder to obtain Products from a Supplier which accepts the Card (Chip & PIN capability may not be supported by every Supplier);
c) if the Customer or Cardholder presents or shows the Card to the Supplier prior to the purchase of Products (if applicable);
d) if the Customer or Cardholder inputs the PIN where required by the Supplier;
e) if it is a current Card that has not expired or been stopped or cancelled and during the period of validity embossed on the Card;
f) in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and any particular instructions or procedural requirements indicated by the Supplier;
g) if it has not been reported as lost or stolen in accordance with condition 5.
4.4. The right is reserved by the Company to unilaterally withdraw at any time any entitlement to purchase the Products for which the Card can be used and to issue to the Customer a new Card indicating the appropriate Products in replacement of the previous Card.
4.5. The Customer shall be liable for all purchases made using the Card(s) subject to condition 5 irrespective of the driver or vehicle in respect of which the supplies were made.
4.6. The Customer shall be solely responsible for the safe-keeping and security of any Cards issued to it and for their correct use in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, whether by the Cardholder or by the Customer.
4.7. It is the Customer's responsibility to prevent fraudulent use of the Cards.
4.8. All Cards shall be used only for the purchase of Products from a Supplier and shall not be used as the basis of cheque guarantee or for other similar use. The Customer undertakes not to factor any debts to a third party with...
Use of the Cards. The Cardholder must

4. Use the Card within the Credit Limit determined and notified by the Company from time to time, any excess over the Card Limit being immediately repayable in full to the Company to which the Client Organization is oblighted to pay in addition to the over limit fee as mentioned in clause (4).
5. The Cardholder must not use the Card after the period for which it is stated to be valid or after notification to him of its cancellation or withdrawal by the Company or any person acting on behalf of the Company.
6. The Cardholder must not use the Card for any illegal Card Transaction, as defined by:
(a) Visa/MC/JCB regulations
(b) Local Authorities
(c) International Authorities.
7. The Card must not be used for any unlawful purpose, including the purchase of goods or services prohibited by the local law in the Kingdom of Bahrain.
Use of the Cards. 6.1 The Card may only be used:-
6.1.1 if it is a current Card and during the period of validity embossed on the Card;
6.1.2 by the Customer and/or an Authorised Cardholder to obtain Goods and/or Services from a Supplier which accepts the Card; and/or
6.1.3 to obtain Goods and/or Services of a specified nature depending and in accordance with any restrictions relating to such Goods and/or Services embossed on the Card or identified by the relevant Supplier.
6.2 The right is reserved by FCS to unilaterally withdraw at any time any entitlement to purchase the Goods and/or Services for which the Card can be used and/or to issue to the Customer a new Card indicating the appropriate Goods and/or Services in replacement of the previous Card.
6.3 If FCS reasonably believes that a Card is being misused or used in any unauthorised way, FCS reserves the right to put a stop on any Card until the situation is resolved to the reasonable satisfaction of FCS.
Use of the Cards. Upon a written e-mail request of the Customer, the Seller shall deliver the number of Cards requested by the Customer to the Customer free of charge within 5 (five) business days. Information on Card pin codes must be supplied at the time of Card delivery, unless otherwise agreed between the Parties. The Customer shall not be obliged to pay for production, renewal, delivery and/or use of the Cards. The Seller ensures the ability for the Customer to buy the Goods in all Sellers` Petrol Stations no later than on the next day after the Cards are issued to the Customer. If after the delivery of the Cards or during the term of the Agreement the Customer finds the Card to be damaged or the Card is lost, the Seller shall replace it with a new Card free of charge within 5 (five) business days after the date of submission of the damaged Card to the Seller or the date on which Customer has notified by e-mail the Seller about the loss of the Card. If the Card is lost or damaged, the Customer or its authorized person shall notify the Seller thereof immediately, as soon as it becomes aware, in writing by e-mail: [●] or by phone: [●]. If the Customer notifies the Seller that the Card is lost, the Seller is obliged to immediately suspend the possibility to use the respective Card. If the Seller fails to comply with the obligation set out in this Clause 4.6.. of the Agreement, the Customer will not be obliged to pay for the Goods bought after notification of the loss of the Card is issued.
Use of the Cards. Any person who would like to apply for the Card must pay in advance the Processing Fee as shown in the declaration form as a part of the requirements to process the application and issue the card. The Cardholder must:
1- Sign the Card immediately on receipt.
2- Maintain the PIN in a secret place away from the Card and take all necessary precautions to prevent others from knowing it.
3- Use the Card within the Available Credit Balance. Any excess over the Available Limit being Credit Balance immediately repayable in full to the Company to which the Cardholder is obligated to pay, 4-The Cardholder must not use the Card after the period for which it is stated to be valid or after notification to him/her of its cancellation or withdrawal by the Company or any person acting on behalf of the Company.
5- The Cardholder must not use the Card for any illegal Card Transaction, as defined by:
(a) Local Authorities
(b) Visa regulations
(c) International Authorities
6- The Card must not be used for any unlawful purpose, including the purchase of goods or services prohibited by the local law in the Kingdom of Bahrain.
