Change Process Citizens may require changes altering, adding to, or deducting from the Services (each, a “Change”), provided that: (a) such Change is within the general scope of this Agreement; and, (b) Citizens will make an equitable adjustment in Vendor’s compensation or delivery date if a Change materially affects the cost or time of performance of the Services. Such equitable adjustments require the written consent of Vendor, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld, delayed or conditioned. The Parties will cooperate in good faith to determine the scope and nature of a Change, the availability of Vendor Staff, the expertise and resources to provide such Change, and the time period in which such Change will be implemented.
REQUEST FOR REVIEW Within sixty (60) days after receiving notice from the Plan Administrator that a claim has been denied (in part or all of the claim), then claimant (or their duly authorized representative) may file with the Plan Administrator, a written request for a review of the denial of the claim. The claimant (or his duly authorized representative) shall then have the opportunity to submit written comments, documents, records and other information relating to the claim. The Plan Administrator shall also provide the claimant, upon request and free of charge, reasonable access to, and copies of, all documents, records and other information relevant (as defined in applicable ERISA regulations) to the claimant’s claim for benefits.
Request for clarification of the report 1. Within 10 days of the release of the report, either of the disputing Parties may submit a written request to the Panel, a copy of which shall be sent to the other Party, for clarification of any items the Party considers requires further explanation or definition. 2. The Panel shall respond to the request within 10 days following the submission of such request. The clarification of the Panel shall only be a more precise explanation or definition of the original contents of the report, and not an amendment of such report. 3. The filing of this request for clarification will not postpone the effect of the Panel report nor the deadline for compliance of the adopted decision, unless the Panel decides otherwise.
Request for Proposal Once the project development stage and joint scope meeting have produced a County approved Detailed Scope of Work, the County will issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) to the Contractor. The RFP will include the Scope of Work approved by the County and other pertinent information with regards to scheduling, submittals, shop drawings and sketch requirements. The Contractor agrees to prepare and submit a JOC Task Order Proposal of Work.
Change Procedure 26.1 The Parties acknowledge and agree that from time to time during the Term, any Party may request a change to this Agreement. A Party may present its proposal for change to the other Parties who shall consider and discuss the proposal.
CHANGE REQUEST PROCEDURE (a) Any Change Request of Customer or SAP must be in writing and in the format as provided by SAP.
Request for a Panel 1. Unless the Parties agree on a different period for consultations, a complaining Party may request in writing the establishment of a Panel if the consultation referred to in the Article 176 (Consultations) fails to resolve a matter within 60 days, after the date of receipt of the request for consultations or 50 days in case of urgent matters. 2. The complaining Party shall deliver the request to the other Party, indicating at least, the reason of the request, the identification of the measure, an indication of the provision of this Agreement that it considers relevant and an indication of the legal basis of the complaint. The Panel will be considered as established on the date of receipt of the corresponding request to the other Party. 3. Unless otherwise agreed by the disputing Parties, the Panel shall be selected and perform its functions in a manner consistent with the provisions of this Chapter.
Bona Fide Request/New Business Request Process for Further Unbundling 6.1 BellSouth shall, upon request of <<customer_name>>, provide to <<customer_name>> access to its network elements at any technically feasible point for the provision of <<customer_name>>'s telecommunications service where such access is necessary and failure to provide access would impair the ability of <<customer_name>> to provide services that it seeks to offer. Any request by <<customer_name>> for access to a network element, interconnection option, or for the provisioning of any service or product that is not already available shall be treated as a Bona Fide Request/New Business Request (BFR/NBR), and shall be submitted to BellSouth pursuant to the BFR/NBR process.
PURPOSE/JUSTIFICATION OF RECOMMENDED ACTION The purpose of the Agreement is to provide the City with the services for one full-time equivalent senior criminalist from the Department to perform DNA testing, analysis, and forensic-related consulting as requested by the City, effective July 1, 2016 through June 30, 2021. The City’s current agreement with the County for this position expires on June 30, 2016. This Agreement will not result in the creation of an additional senior criminalist position, as the position was created during the previous agreement.
