Consultation Meeting. Each year, a consultation meeting must be held between the trade union representative and the relevant manager who is the trade union representative’s counterpart in the company. The first meeting is held within three months of the election of the trade union representative. In case of a change of manager, a new meeting will be held within three months of the new manager’s commencement of employment. The parties jointly prepare minutes of conclusions. The trade union representative discusses any adjustments of his own tasks on account of union representative duties with his immediate manager.
Consultation Meeting. The Parties recognize the value of meeting prior to a layoff process occurring. The purpose of this meeting is to discuss the process of how layoffs will take place, review the current seniority list, and discuss other relevant factors the Parties agree upon including the definition of "not actively posted" and "within the ten day period". The Parties will also discuss the process to be followed for Employees on approved leave of absence, WCB, STD or LTD insurance benefits.
Consultation Meeting. The Employer shall arrange for a consultation meeting with TUICO TPCC Field Branch to discuss and agree on how to carry out the retrenchment and/or redundancy exercise.
Consultation Meeting. The State shall, at the request of Plaintiffs’ Party Designee and with appropriate advance notice, meet and confer with Plaintiffs and Plaintiffs’ appropriate consultants at a mutually convenient time at a Consultation Meeting of sufficient duration to discuss any or all of the following topics as requested by Plaintiffs, such request not to be made more than two times per calendar year, and such Consultation Meeting not to exceed eight hours unless mutually agreed to by the Party Designees:
Consultation Meeting. The Superintendent/designee shall offer the opportunity to meet with the BFT President/designee by March 16th (or the next business day if March 16th falls on a weekend or holiday) to discuss and receive input regarding assignments for the succeeding school year (e.g., district needs, assignment changes, and special circumstances).
Consultation Meeting. 1. The Parties shall hold occasional consultation meetings (hereinafter referred to as “consultation”) to discuss copyright and related rights legislation, enforcement of copyright, and related rights protection, fair use, exchanging information and human resources in the fields of copyright and related rights.
2. Unless otherwise agreed upon, the consultation shall be held alternately in both countries (all expenses, except round airfare covered by the host Party).
3. Relevant matters holding the consultation shall be settled by consultation between the Parties.
Consultation Meeting. The Parties recognize the value or meeting prior to a layoff process occurring. The parties will make every reasonable effort to meet and consult at least fourteen (14) calendar days prior to any Employee receiving notification of the layoff. The consultation process will not be unreasonably delayed as a result of the unavailability of a representative of either party. The purpose of this meeting is to discuss:
(i) the parameters of the layoff;
(ii) the current seniority list;
(iii) the process by which each Employee will receive written notice including individual meetings, timeframes etc.;
(iv) the written notification documents to ensure accuracy, disclosure and retention options available for each affected Employee;
(v) the process of how layoffs will take place;
(vi) the process to be followed for Employees on approved leave of absence or Workers’ Compensation benefits.
Consultation Meeting. Within 28 days of your Request being received by the School, the School shall either notify you in writing that your Request has been agreed, stating the variation agreed to and the date from which it is to take effect, or a meeting shall be held to discuss your Request ("the Consultation Meeting"). The Consultation Meeting will normally be held by the [Head of Department]. The meeting will normally be held at the School during working hours unless this is not convenient to either you or the School.
