Job Descriptions and Work Plans. ‌ The Organization will provide each employee, within one (1) week of the employee's start date, a job description in a standardized organizational format. All job descriptions must explicitly name required racial justice and equity competencies and note how job roles and duties strive to advance racial justice and equity to achieve anti-racist outcomes in the employee’s work. A copy of the job description will be maintained in the employee's personnel file. The job description will be reviewed and updated at the end of the employee's ninety (90) day introductory period, annually during the employee’s reviews, when promotions are awarded, and upon the employee's request where significant long-term changes have been made to duties and responsibilities. Each employee, with the input of their supervisor, shall create an individual work plan, outlining goals, objectives, and success measurements for their work over the next six (6) months or year. The work plan must explicitly include how the employee is integrating racial justice and equity into their work, how they are working to build an anti-racist institution, and/or the professional development and resources they need in order to do so. Weekly check-in meetings between the employee and their supervisor shall include reference, as appropriate, to an employee’s current work plan to assess progress toward stated goals and priorities. With their supervisor’s input and approval, employees may make adjustments to their work plans to reflect any changes to the employee's priorities and goals, and to shift projects in order to achieve a more sustainable workload. If a workload review meeting is requested by the employee, they shall meet with their supervisor to discuss any significant changes to their responsibilities or role that may necessitate changes to their job description or changes to their priorities and goals that may necessitate changes to their work plan. If the employee and their supervisor do not reach resolution in their meeting, they shall schedule a follow-up meeting with their department Senior Vice President, Human Resources, and a Guild representative if requested.

  • Job Descriptions The Employer agrees to supply each employee with a copy of her current job description. Upon request, the Union and the Bargaining Unit Chair shall be provided copies of all job descriptions in the bargaining unit.

  • Job Description The Employer agrees to draw up job descriptions for all positions for which the Union is bargaining agent. These descriptions shall be presented and discussed with the Union and shall become the recognized job descriptions unless the Union presents written objection within thirty (30) calendar days.

  • Work Plans Tenant shall prepare and submit to Landlord for approval schematics covering the Tenant Improvements prepared in conformity with the applicable provisions of this Work Letter (the “Draft Schematic Plans”). The Draft Schematic Plans shall contain sufficient information and detail to accurately describe the proposed design to Landlord and such other information as Landlord may reasonably request. Landlord shall notify Tenant in writing within ten (10) business days after receipt of the Draft Schematic Plans whether Landlord approves or objects to the Draft Schematic Plans and of the manner, if any, in which the Draft Schematic Plans are unacceptable. Landlord’s failure to respond within such ten (10) business day period shall be deemed approval by Landlord. If Landlord reasonably objects to the Draft Schematic Plans, then Tenant shall revise the Draft Schematic Plans and cause Landlord’s objections to be remedied in the revised Draft Schematic Plans. Tenant shall then resubmit the revised Draft Schematic Plans to Landlord for approval, such approval not to be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed. Landlord’s approval of or objection to revised Draft Schematic Plans and Tenant’s correction of the same shall be in accordance with this Section until Landlord has approved the Draft Schematic Plans in writing or been deemed to have approved them. The iteration of the Draft Schematic Plans that is approved or deemed approved by Landlord without objection shall be referred to herein as the “Approved Schematic Plans.”

Debit/ATM Processing Services: Global Direct has connected to the following debit card networks (“Networks”): Accel, AFFN, Interlink, MAC, Maestro, NYCE, Pulse, Star, and Tyme. Global Direct will provide Merchant with the ability to access the Networks that Global Direct has connected to for the purpose of authorizing debit card transactions at the point of sale from cards issued by the members of the respective Networks. Global Direct will provide connection to such Networks, terminal applications, settlement and reporting activities. EBT Transaction Processing Services: Global Direct offers electronic interfaces to Electronic Benefits Transfer (“EBT”) networks for the processing of cash payments or credits to or for the benefit of benefit recipients (“Recipients”). Global Direct will provide settlement and switching services for various Point of Sale transactions initiated through Merchant for the authorization of the issuance of the United States Department of Agriculture, Food and Nutrition Services (“FNS”) food stamp benefits (“FS Benefits”) and/or government delivered cash assistance benefits (“Cash Benefits, ”with FS Benefits, “Benefits”) to Recipients through the use of a state-issued card (“EBT Card”). With respect to Visa and MasterCard products, Merchant agrees to pay and Merchant's account(s) will be charged pursuant to Section 5 of this Agreement for any additional fees incurred as a result of Merchant's subsequent acceptance of transactions with any Visa or MasterCard product that it has not elected to accept.

  • Position Descriptions Individual position descriptions shall be reduced to writing and delineate the duties currently assigned to an employee’s position. A dated copy of the position description shall be given to the employee upon assuming the position and when the position description is amended. The individual position description shall be subject to at least an annual review with the employee. Nothing contained herein shall compromise the right or the responsibility of the Agency to assign work consistent with the classification specification.
