- JOB POSTING Permanent Vacancies. 12:01 Where a permanent vacancy occurs in a classification within the bargaining unit or a new position within the bargaining unit is established by the Hospital, such vacancy shall be posted by the Hospital for a period of five (5) calendar days. Vacancies created by the filling of an initial permanent vacancy within the bargaining unit shall be posted for a period of five (5) calendar days. Jobs will not be posted between December 24 and January 1. All applications are to be made in writing within the posting period.
