Common use of Job Selection Clause in Contracts

Job Selection. The Employer shall immediately notify the Union in writing and post notices of vacant and new posts on all bulletin boards as soon as possible and/or circulate such notices to all staff for a minimum of one (1) week, so as to acquaint all employees of the College with such vacancy or new position. The notice shall contain a job description of the post and the scale pay where applicable.
