Job Shadowing. Job shadowing is an opportunity for employees to explore other roles within the organization as well as strengthening internal partnerships. Where possible and at management’s discretion, the Employer will provide opportunities for job shadowing. Employees interested in job shadowing must contact their supervisor to make arrangements.
