JOB SHARING REQUEST. 11 The District agrees to consider job sharing applications on a case-by-case basis provided each employee 12 works at least twenty (20) hours per week and agrees to pay the pro-rated benefits for the job sharing 13 including health and welfare benefits.
JOB SHARING REQUEST. Job sharing shall be available only to bargaining unit members who have continuing contracts with the District and who have indicated in writing to the Human Resources Office a desire to job share. If requested by affected employees, the immediate supervisor will provide written reasons if a job share proposal is denied. The parties agree that such reasons are not subject to the grievance procedure.

Your job-sharing plan needs support of your principal before it can be presented to the superintendent or designee and the Board. Following are some areas of concern that need to be resolved before the job-sharing request can be considered.
