JOB SHARING REQUEST. Job sharing shall be available only to bargaining unit members who have continuing contracts with the District and who have indicated in writing to the Human Resources Office a desire to job share. If requested by affected employees, the immediate supervisor will provide written reasons if a job share proposal is denied. The parties agree that such reasons are not subject to the grievance procedure.
JOB SHARING REQUEST. If you are considering a request to job share with another employee during the coming school year, the following items can serve as a guide when discussing your plan with your principal. Your job-sharing plan needs support of your principal before it can be presented to the superintendent or designee and the Board. Following are some areas of concern that need to be resolved before the job-sharing request can be considered.

  • Group Benefit Plan Continuation While a Nurse is on pregnancy/birth or parental, or adoption leave, the Employer shall permit the Nurse to continue participation in eligible benefit plans.
