Common use of JOINT ADMINISTRATION COMMITTEE Clause in Contracts

JOINT ADMINISTRATION COMMITTEE. 1. A Joint Administration Committee shall be established at Secretary or equivalent level. The Committee shall meet at least once a year to review the progress made in the implementation of this Agreement and to ensure that benefits of trade expansion emanating from this Agreement accrue to the Parties equitably. The Committee may set up Sub- Committees and/or Working Groups as considered necessary.
