Joint Application. Two or more Beneficiaries may submit a joint request for Eligible Mitigation Action funds. Joint applicants shall specify the amount of requested funding that shall be debited against each requesting Beneficiary’s allocation.
Joint Application a. The joint application procedure for the Degree Programme is jointly organised and implemented by the Consortium in agreement with the Study, Teaching and Examination Regulations.
b. The Secretariat, on behalf of the Consortium, will organise, receive and process all applications for admission to the Degree Programme, in consultation with the Board of Admissions.

The above-named governing boards shall jointly make an application to the Minnesota State High School League (MSHSL) Board of Directors not later than the first day of practice for that sport season to be considered for that sport season for approval for cooperative sponsorship of a joint high school girls’ cross country program, hereinafter "combined program,” for students attending the above named high schools for school years 2021-2022 and 2022-2023.

All applications must be made on-line via the IMIM Consortium website, xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xx, in accordance with the instructions published thereon and before the deadlines as published on the website. Applications must include the following documents: • Copy of a valid passport (only the main pages) • Certified copy of Diploma or proof of enrolment with expected graduation date (if this document is not in English, please attach an official translation) and, if available, of the Diploma Supplement • Certified copies of academic transcripts and, if applicable, list of courses and credits still to be completed (if this document is not in English, please attach an official translation) • Explanation of the grading system used by the Degree awarding institution • Curriculum Vitae in English • Official proof of English language proficiency (see Article 3.3 above). If official proof of English language proficiency has not been obtained at the time of applying and the applicant does not qualify for exemption, the applicant shall include a statement on when he/she expects to obtain said proof. • Letter of Motivation/Intent in English (maximum 750 words) • At least two reference letters (in English) • Abstract/summary with details on (under)graduate research project/thesis
2. Information additional to what is published on the website may be required in order to allow the admission board to evaluate a specific application. In these cases the applicant will be informed by the Admission Board in a timely manner of the need to submit this additional information.
Joint Application. If a joint Application, you agree that this application is made by each of you who have signed this form. If the Application is approved, you understand that its terms will apply to each of you and you will be jointly and individually liable for any amounts due from you at any time. You understand that you will be bound by instructions any of you gives regarding your Checks.
Joint Application. After the requirements of subparagraph 5.0.5 have been satisfied and the Trustee has made its allocation determination of the amount of funding available for each participating Beneficiary in a funding cycle, two or more participating Beneficiaries may submit a joint request to fund an Eligible Mitigation Action using their combined allocation. In order to submit a Joint Application, each participating Beneficiary must comply with all requirements individually as set forth herein. Upon receipt of the Trustee’s allocation determination of available funding pursuant to Step 4 of subparagraphs 5.0.5.3.2, 5.0.5.3.3 or 5.0.5.3.5, each Indian Tribe interested in pursuing a joint request to fund an Eligible Mitigation Action shall complete an individual EMA Certification Form (Appendix D-4) that: (1) cross-references the other interested Indian Tribe’s EMA Certification Form (Appendix D-4); (2) makes all the required certifications on behalf of each Indian Tribe individually; and (3) explains how the two individually allocated amounts will be used to jointly fund the Eligible Mitigation Action in that funding cycle. Both individual EMA Certification Forms (Appendix D-4) must be approved in accordance with subparagraph 5.2.16 before any disbursement of funds will be made by the Trustee.
Joint Application. What to take into consideration when submitting a joint application. - The project application in all its parts should be submitted to the Lead Agency in accordance with the specific guidelines in place for the appropriate programme. Then, the non-leading partner RFO receives the complete application directly from the Lead Agency after the reviewing process. It is not necessary to submit the application to the other RFO(s) in addition. - Alternatively, the partners decide to use their standard application forms. If this is the case, they require applicants to send to the Lead Agency all application forms (including cost sheets) required by the RFOs involved, together with the scientific project description.
Joint Application. Frontier Communications of Michigan, Inc. (“Frontier”) and New Cingular Wireless PCS, LLC d/b/a AT&T Mobility, (“AT&T Wireless”) hereby jointly apply to the Michigan Public Service Commission (“Commission”) pursuant to Section 203(1) of the Michigan Telecommunications Act (“MTA”), as amended, MCL 484.2203(1), and Section 252(e)(1) of the Telecommunications Act of 1996 (“the Act”), 47 U.S.C. § 252(e)(1), for approval of an amendment to an interconnection agreement executed as of August 7, 2012 (“Amendment”) by and between Frontier and AT&T Wireless. In support of this joint application, Frontier and AT&T Wireless state as follows:
Joint Application. If two or more Entities jointly apply for service, they are equally responsible. The Company will issue only one bill.
Joint Application. (a) Joint application can be made by up to four applicants. Such persons shall be deemed to hold Units on first holder basis. However, each person must sign the Account Opening Form and submit a copy of Computerized National Identity Card, NICOP, Passport and other identification document.
(b) The first named Holder shall receive all notices and correspondence with respect to the account, as well as proceeds of any redemption, or dividend payments. Such person’s receipt or payment into the person’s designated bank account shall be considered as a valid discharge of obligation by the Trustee and the Management Company.
(c) In the event of death of the first Holder, the person first in the order of survivor(s) as stated in the Account Opening Form, shall be the only person recognized by the Trustee and the Management Company to receive all notices and correspondences with regard to the accounts, as well as proceeds of any redemption requests or dividend. Such person’s acknowledgement of receipt of proceeds shall be considered as the valid discharge of obligation by the Trustee and the Management Company. Provided however the Trustee and/or the Management Company may at their discretion request the production of a Succession Certificate from an appropriate Court before releasing of redemption requests or dividends in cases of doubts or disputes among the Joint Unit Holders and/or the legal heirs or legal representatives of the deceased.
