Examination regulations. UBA students at TUB: During the studies at TUB, the examination regulations of TUB are valid in the current version. TUB students at UBA: During the studies at UBA, the examination regulations of UBA are valid in the current version.
Examination regulations. During the studies of WUT students at TUB, the examination regulations (Pru¨fungsordnung) of TUB apply in the current version. During the studies of TUB students at WUT, the examination regulations of WUT apply in the current version. Both partner institutions will hand out a transcript of records in English to students. The Transcript of Records is an official inventory of the courses taken, the achieved number of ECTS credit points, and national grades earned by the students throughout their stay in the host institution. Details of the grading schemes can be found in Appendix A.

TU Berlin students at Tongji University: During the studies at Tongji University, the examination regulations of Tongji University are valid in the current version.
Examination regulations. The students are subject to the study and examination regulation which are used by the partner institution where they are studying. Both institutions must validate the results obtained by the students in home and host institution. A grading scale table will be established by the Institutions to ensure fair transfer and recognition of grades of enrolled students. Internship and/or research reports can be part of the defence in front of a jury composed with members of both institutions.

Examination regulations. During the studies of UFRGS students at TUB, the examination regulations (Prüfungsordnung) of TUB apply in the current version. During the studies of TUB students at UFRGS, the examination regulations of UFRGS apply in the current version. If a student is expelled from the course according to the rules of the host university, she or he is also expelled from the dual-degree program. He or she may, however, finish the program at the home university. Both partner institutions will hand out a transcript of records in English to students. The Transcript of Records is an official inventory of the courses taken, the achieved number of ECTS credit points, and national grades earned by the students throughout their stay in the host institution. Details of the grading schemes can be found in Appendix B. After successful completion of the complete program at both universities, the participating students receive the Bachelor’s degree of both universities. Students will receive a X.Xx. degree in the field of "Computer Science" from TUB and from UFRGS. The final certificate and the final grade issued by TUB will be based on the TUB requirements. Mandatory courses of the TUB curriculum can be replaced by equivalent courses of UFRGS (see appendix). Courses exceeding 180 ECTS can be listed in the certificate as supplementary modules, but are not contributing to the final grade. They, however, could be recognized in a subsequent Master Program if appropriate. The final certificate issued by UFRGS will be based on the UFRGS requirements. Mandatory courses of the UFRGS can be replaced by equivalent courses of TUB according to the appendix.
Examination regulations. The Examination Regulations MBO Utrecht contain general provisions regarding the taking and organization of examinations within MBO Utrecht. The examination regulations also apply to examinations taken during the work-based learning. Executive Board The competent authority of MBO Utrecht (art. 9.1.4. WEB) or an officer designated for this purpose by the Executive Board. General Data Protection Regulation (AVG) The General Data Protection Regulation (AVG in short) is the regulation governing the protection of individuals in connection with the processing of personal data. Optional subject The optional subject is a compulsory part within the MBO programme. Optional subjects are an enrichment of your study programme. This may be a deepening or broadening of the profession, preparation for progression to a higher level or aimed at more general subjects such as an additional language, entrepreneurial skills, or sustainability. Personal data All data relating to individuals, these are data based on which a person can be traced (think of someone’s name, address, date of birth, and so on.). Also see General Data Protection Regulation (AGV). Practical training contract Contract concluded with the student in which individual agreements regarding the learning objectives and supervision during the WBL, for as far as they deviate from the provisions in the WBL manual, are laid down. This contract is concluded alongside the WBL contract and forms part of it. Privacy MBO Utrecht undertakes to collect and process student data in a proper and careful manner to comply with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (AVG). For this purpose, MBO Utrecht uses the Privacy Regulations. Privacy regulations MBO Utrecht has privacy regulations in place. The Privacy Regulations, which are based on the AVG, lay down how we handle the personal data of our employees and students.
