Joint Implementation. Year 2 of 3 Influence from the Anishinabek community is essential to building the Anishinabek Education System, including defining methods and approaches that reach students. Regional priorities identified by the Anishinabek Education System’s Regional Education Councils inform the continued development of the guidelines and resources that will ease student transitions and comfort level in any education setting they are in. Regional Education Council Coordinators are ensuring the compilation of inventories of supports such as Professional Development opportunities, and human and instructional resources that link to the regional priorities. This compilation of information will be a valuable resource to all school and system settings.

Joint Implementation. For the implementation of the above-mentioned activities, a detailed annual/biennial work plan shall be developed and focal points assigned as appropriate. The work plan may be initiated by any Party, but will require the approval of all the Parties for implementation. In order to facilitate and guide effective implementation ad hoc Working Groups composed of focal points and others, shall be established. The Working Groups shall meet for coordination and to review implementation on a regular basis and, as needed, amend the work plan. Meetings of the Working Groups should be virtual to the extent possible or physical meetings could be conducted if they can be arranged in conjunction with official events.
Joint Implementation. As a means of addressing the implementation and continuation of the Project, this Agreement is intended to provide the framework for the City and County to jointly coordinate activities, as necessary, based on their respective roles and responsibilities for this endeavor. The Project shall be constructed in accordance with the project plans and specifications approved by the City and County, incorporated herein by reference, copies of which are on file in the offices of the City and County. The City and County shall participate in the costs of construction in accordance with the cost share listed on Exhibit B.

  • Implementation Plan The Authority shall cause to be prepared an Implementation Plan meeting the requirements of Public Utilities Code Section 366.2 and any applicable Public Utilities Commission regulations as soon after the Effective Date as reasonably practicable.
