Joint Memberships. Upon receiving written notice and sufficient proof of the termination, conversion, or alteration of a Joint Membership: (1) through the death of a Joint Member, the Cooperative shall assign and transfer to each surviving Joint Member an equal portion of Capital Credits allocated, or to be allocated, to the Joint Membership; or (2) other than through the death of a Joint Member, and except as otherwise provided by a court or administrative body of competent jurisdiction, and except as otherwise provided by the Joint Members, the Cooperative shall assign and transfer to each Joint Member an equal portion of Capital Credits allocated, or to be allocated, to the Joint Membership.

Related to Joint Memberships

  • Unit Members Whenever used in this Agreement, the term “Employee” shall mean all classroom teachers (pre- K-12), counselors, librarians (and/or their successor job title and/or classification), psychologists, social workers, home and hospital teachers, department heads, master teachers, academic coaches, instructional associates, instructional support teachers, educational associates, speech/language speech-language pathologists, audiologists, occupational therapists, physical therapists, facilitators, consulting teachers, IEP Team Associates, pupil personnel worker, teacher – mentor, teacher – staff developer, and art, music and physical education resource teachers.

  • Unit Member Any employee of the Board of Education who is a member of the unit, including substitutes and home and hospital teachers.

  • Bargaining Unit Members hired before July 1, 1995 Those Bargaining Unit Members whose current regular assigned work shift ends after 5:00 p.m. or commences before 7:30 a.m. or after 5:00 p.m. and who are currently receiving a shift differential pay of five percent (5%) for time worked after 5:00 p.m. or before 7:30 a.m. shall continue to receive said differential.

  • Memberships The Company will reimburse the Employee for one professional membership which has a business related purpose and is approved by the Company.

When an employee is to be interviewed or questioned concerning a complaint or allegation of misconduct, the employee will be informed of, prior to the interview, the nature of the investigation and whether the employee is the subject of the investigation or a witness in the investigation.
