Journeyman GROUP I: All applicants for employment who have three and one-half (3½) or more years of experience in the trade, are residents of the geographical area constituting the normal construction labor market, have passed a Journeyman's examination given by a duly constituted Outside Local Union of the I.B.E.W., and who have been employed for a period of at least one (1) year in the last three and one-half (3½) years in the geographical area covered by the collective bargaining agreement.
Journeymen An Employee who holds a certification of qualification for his/her respective trade in accordance to the Alberta Apprenticeship, Training and Certification Act (or its successor).
CLASSIFICATIONS AND WAGES 1.1 a) Engineers operating: cranes with a manufacturer’s rating of over 164 to 219 tons capacity. Effective May 1, 2013, the wage rate for engineers operating large cranes 220 to 299 tons capacity shall be One Dollar and Twenty-Five Cents ($1.25) per hour above the applicable rate. The wage rate for engineers operating large cranes 300 to 499 tons capacity shall be Two Dollars and Fifty Cents ($2.50) per hour above the applicable rate. The wage rate for engineers operating large cranes over 499 tons capacity shall be Four Dollars ($4.00) per hour above the applicable rate. XxxXxxxx Principles - Northern Ireland The provisions of San Francisco Administrative Code §12F are incorporated herein by this reference and made part of this Agreement. By signing this Agreement, Contractor confirms that Contractor has read and understood that the City urges companies doing business in Northern Ireland to resolve employment inequities and to abide by the XxxXxxxx Principles, and urges San Francisco companies to do business with corporations that abide by the XxxXxxxx Principles.
New Job Classifications 11.1 Whenever the Company determines it appropriate to create a new job classification in the bargaining unit, it shall proceed as follows.
