Common use of Judicial Leave Clause in Contracts

Judicial Leave. Any bargaining unit member called for jury duty, or who is subpoenaed to testify during work hours in any judicial or administrative matter shall be paid his/her full compensation and benefits for such time. An employee granted Judicial Leave shall forward to the district any pay received for attendance at the proceeding. The member shall retain any payment for mileage.
