Judicial Leave. A. Any employee who is summoned and reports for jury duty shall be paid by the Board an amount equal to the difference between the amount of wages the employee otherwise would have earned by working for the Board on that day and the daily jury fee paid by the court (not including travel allowance or reimbursement of expenses), for each day on which the employee reports for or performs jury duty and on which the employee otherwise would have been scheduled to work for the Board.
