JURY DUTY AND SUBPOENAED WITNESS. 25.01 Where an employee with seniority is called to and reports for jury duty, or is called to testify as a crown subpoenaed witness, he shall be paid the difference between the pay he receives for such duty or testimony and the pay he would have received for an eight (8) hour day at his regular hourly rate for such time lost if the employee would otherwise have been scheduled to work for the Company on any shift. The employee will be required to provide verification of attendance for any time period excused to attend jury duty.
