JURY DUTY AND SUBPOENAED WITNESS. 18.01 Where an employee with seniority is called to and reports for jury duty, or is called to testify as a crown subpoenaed witness, they shall be paid the difference between the pay they receive for such duty or testimony and the pay they would have received for an eight (8) hour day at his regular hourly rate for such time lost. Seniority will continue to accumulate. An employee must give the Company prior notice that they have been summoned for jury duty or subpoenaed as a crown witness upon receipt of such notice and furnish satisfactory evidence that they reported.
