Jury Duty and Subpoenas. Any employee called for jury duty or subpoenaed to testify during work hours in any judicial or administrative matter shall be paid his/her full compensation for such time provided the employee shall remit all witness and juror fees (excluding expenses) to the Employer upon return to work. Subpoenas issued in conjunction with litigation between the Association and the Employer will be exempted from this Section.
