Jury or Witness Fees. The District shall grant leaves of absence to employees under the above conditions and shall pay the difference between the employee’s regular earnings and any amount he/she receives for jury or witness fees. In order to implement proper payment, the principal or department head shall notify the Payroll Department immediately upon the return of the employee of the amount received daily for jury or witness fees.
