Jury Service Payment. If an employee other than a casual employee is required to attend jury service during ordinary working hours, the employer will reimburse an amount equal to the difference between the amount paid in respect to attendance for such jury service and the wage the employee would have received in respect of the ordinary time the employee would have worked, had the employee not been on jury service for up to a period of ten days per occasion.
